COSMO all’Afcea Technet Europe 2025

AFCEA TechNet Europe 2025 riunisce leader militari, esperti di difesa, responsabili politici governativi e innovatori tecnologici. I partecipanti acquisiranno conoscenze fondamentali su come le tecnologie emergenti e le trasformazioni digitali stiano rimodellando le operazioni di difesa, migliorando il processo decisionale strategico e rafforzando le capacità delle forze armate congiunte in molteplici ambiti operativi.

La digitalizzazione è al centro della trasformazione in corso nelle Forze Armate della NATO e dell’UE, svolgendo un ruolo cruciale nella deterrenza e nel controllo decisionale nell’era della guerra cognitiva. Con i progressi diversi compiuti da diverse nazioni nella digitalizzazione delle proprie Forze Armate, le sfide legate alle vulnerabilità informatiche, alla formazione della forza lavoro, alle dipendenze globali e alla scalabilità dell’industria della difesa diventano evidenti. L’evento di due giorni ha previsto dibattiti condotti da esperti di alto livello della NATO, dell’UE e della nazione ospitante, con particolare attenzione al teatro operativo europeo. I rappresentanti del settore C4ISR/Cyber ​​hanno presentato soluzioni per migliorare la resilienza delle tecnologie digitali. La conferenza si è proposta di affrontare le sfide emergenti e di fornire spunti per affrontare le complessità della digitalizzazione nella guerra moderna. L’AFCEA Technet Europe si è tenuta l’1 e 2 ottobre 2025 allo Sheraton Rome Parco de’ Medici di Roma organizzata dall’ AFCEA Rome Chapter ed ha visto la partecipazione dell’ AFCEA Naples Chapter rappresentata dal Presidente Gen. Giovanni Savoldelli Pedrocchi, dal Segretario ing. Massimiliano Canestro e dal Cosigliere Dott. Michele Cortese. La Technet 2025 è stata patrocinata dal Ministero della Difesa Italiana.

La trasformazione digitale sta rimodellando radicalmente il panorama della difesa, richiedendo alle organizzazioni militari, ai governi e al settore privato di adattarsi rapidamente a un contesto di sicurezza sempre più complesso, interconnesso e conteso. I modelli tradizionali di sicurezza nazionale vengono ridefiniti da tecnologie rivoluzionarie, tra cui l’Intelligenza Artificiale (IA), l’analisi dei big data, il calcolo quantistico e i sistemi autonomi, insieme alla crescente importanza strategica di settori operativi emergenti, come lo spazio e il cyberspazio. Con l’evoluzione della guerra, l’integrazione efficace di tecnologie all’avanguardia nelle operazioni di difesa sta diventando fondamentale per il successo delle missioni.

La trasformazione digitale richiede anche un profondo cambiamento nel pensiero strategico, nella cultura organizzativa, nei quadri operativi e nella collaborazione intersettoriale. Pertanto, la digitalizzazione della difesa non è solo un’opzione, ma un imperativo nel moderno panorama della sicurezza. Governi e organizzazioni militari devono abbracciare questo processo e sfruttare le tecnologie digitali, mitigando al contempo i rischi associati. Integrando la trasformazione digitale nelle strategie e nei piani di difesa, nazioni e alleanze possono migliorare la sicurezza e la resilienza in un’epoca in cui superiorità tecnologica, lungimiranza strategica e adattabilità forniranno un vantaggio strategico significativo in un panorama della sicurezza globale sempre più interconnesso e conteso.
